    I dealt with Gillian Barnes while renting out my property at The Green, Holywood. Gillian was exceptional in her communication skills and courtesy. She has found me an excellent tenant and I couldn't be more pleased. My house was previously rented with another leading estate agent and the contrast in service couldn't be more stark. Beforehand I felt like the previous estate agent was constantly trying to 'get on over' on me and also disrespected the tenant, who eventually left before the contact ended. I couldn't recommend Gillian enough. 5 stars.
