Rent is collected each calendar month, payable in advance by standing order. To meet the minimum income requirements for the property you must be earning 2 ½ times the annual rent.

- Salary: £18,000 per year.

A guarantor, who earns 3 times the annual rent (£21,600) can vouch for you.
Unemployed?
A guarantor, who has an income of 3 times the annual rent (£21,600) can vouch for you.
Deposit
Move-in date agreed.
To secure the tenancy a deposit is required, this will become the main deposit for the duration of the agreement.
