With deposits now being held by a deposit protection scheme an inventory and schedule of condition of your property is essential - it helps us prepare your property at the beginning of the tenancy for any complications at the end of tenancy. Your lettings manager would carry out a thorough inventory at the beginning of the tenancy and have check-in pictures to help back this up.
As an ARLA registered company we have necessary ‘Client Money Protection’ which ensures all client monies are held in a separate account to our business monies, our client account is reconciled regularly.
