We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential rental properties with the ability to make and maintain positive and professional relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.

They will be an excellent communicator, organised, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work in an extremely busy office environment whilst maintaining a positive outlook
  • Manage a portfolio of managed rental properties
  • Recording maintenance issues reported by the tenant, reporting these to the landlord and assigning a contractor to the job.  You will continue to follow up this job until all parties are satisfied it has been completed.
  • You will conduct routine visits to the managed properties in your portfolio (6 monthly) where you will get to see the properties, meet the tenants and then report back to the landlord on the condition of the property and any maintenance issues.
  • You will conduct end of tenancy check-out inspections by completing an inventory inspection with the tenant, discuss with the tenant if any issues where found and report back to the landlord
  • You will deal with the deposit return – advising landlord what can and cannot be charged for then making fair and reasonable charges to tenants’ deposits – if required.
  • You will be expected to handle a deposit dispute – preparing the landlords case for TDS Northern Ireland.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business
  • Ensure properties comply with key lettings legislation and safety regulations
  • Be proactive in maintaining landlord and tenant relationships
  • You will be expected to have knowledge of all aspects of our business

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • This is job is most suited to someone who is organised/efficient
  • Knowledge of Microsoft
  • Office Software, Edge system and CFP Winman preferable
  • Ability to work in an extremely busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Clean, current UK Driving License is essential.
