The latest Halifax House Price Index has revealed that Northern Ireland recorded the strongest property price growth of any nation or region in the UK, rising by +4.0% on an annual basis in June, up from +3.3% the previous month.
The average price of a property in Northern Ireland is now £192,457, over £95,000 lower than the UK average.
