The housing market in Northern Ireland is experiencing a surge in optimism, with sales reaching their strongest levels since early 2021. The latest survey from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Ulster Bank highlights a significant increase in newly-agreed sales and continued price rises.
